We visited Smoky Mountains National Park during a warm April week when the leaves were just starting to show in the trees and spring wildflowers were beginning to bloom. Here is a spring view of the famous Great Smoky Mountains from the Campbell Overlook when green was appearing on the lower trees but the higher elevations were still bare.
